Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective Date: 06th May, 2011
These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all transactions conducted with Hospitor Management Pvt. Ltd. ("Hospitor", “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our official website https://www.hospitorm.com, across the following business verticals:
- Travel Agency Services
- Hotel & Hospitality Operations
- Export-Import Solutions
By placing an order or booking a service through our website, mobile communication, or authorized partners, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms.
Section A: General Provisions (Applicable to All Verticals)
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a binding agreement. Any special terms agreed separately must be documented in writing.
2. Payments
- All prices are quoted in INR or USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, and verified gateways.
- Orders are only confirmed after receipt of full or partial advance payment, as specified per service.
- Late payments may attract interest at prevailing commercial rates.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to individual vertical policies outlined below and as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Force Majeure
Hospitor shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country – e.g., Gujarat, India], and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City – e.g., Ahmedabad].
Section B: Travel Agency Services
1. Bookings and Confirmations
- All travel bookings (flights, tours, visa processing, insurance, etc.) are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
- Changes to itinerary post-confirmation may incur additional charges.
2. Documentation
- Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, etc.).
- Hospitor will not be liable for delays or rejections due to incorrect documentation.
3. Third-Party Services
- Travel services may be delivered by third-party providers (airlines, visa agents, embassies). Their terms will apply in addition to ours.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Airline, hotel, and tour package cancellations are subject to third-party cancellation rules.
- Visa service charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days post-confirmation.
Section C: Hotels and Hospitality Services
1. Reservations
- Room bookings are confirmed upon full or partial payment as per the reservation policy.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to room availability and additional charges.
2. No-Show & Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay or as per the booking agreement.
3. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to follow house rules and local laws. The company reserves the right to evict any guest without refund for misconduct or illegal activity.
4. Liability
Hospitor shall not be liable for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the stay. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or lockers.
Section D: Export-Import Services
1. Quotations & Orders
- All quotes are valid for 15 days and subject to change based on fluctuations in freight, duties, and foreign exchange rates.
- Orders are accepted upon written confirmation and advance payment.
2. Shipping & Documentation
- Hospitor will ensure timely documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.) as per INCOTERMS agreed.
- Any delay in documentation from the customer side may result in shipment delays for which Hospitor will not be liable.
3. Customs & Compliance
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the imported/exported goods comply with all local and international regulations.
- Any demurrage, penalty, or seizure due to regulatory issues will be borne by the customer.
4. Claims & Disputes
- Claims related to damage, short shipment, or delays must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Hospitor’s liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods.
Section E: Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All logos, materials, content, guides, or service formats shared by Hospitor remain its intellectual property. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Confidential information exchanged shall not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
